Habitat for Humanity – April 25, 2014
Task: Drywall & Floor Repair; Painting; Weatherization
Overview: We had an exciting time working with Habitat for Humanity on April 25th. We we’re involved in rebuilding a house that had been badly damaged by a fire. They informed us, that to this date, this is the largest restoring project that they have done! It is nice to be a part of that.
We spent the day building our muscles as we hung sheet rock. We were able to complete most of the house, covering the ceiling, walls and many of the tight corners. Another successful and rewarding job. We were all ready for the Sabbath after that activity too!
